Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes, you may cancel your plan anytime. Go to https://subscriptions.zoho.com/portal/refort and log in using the email address you used to order your subscription item(s), or email contact@reFort.com for more help. You may keep the refrigerator until the end of billing cycle. We will provide instructions on how to clean the unit in the confirmation email! 

What if the refrigerator breaks? Do I need to contact reFort?

Yes, please let us know immediately and we will figure out what the problem is! We will replace or repair the unit if the issue is from regular wear and tear. 

If I change my mind and I want to upgrade to a bigger appliance or downgrade to a smaller one, can I do that?

Yes, we are more than happy to help you coordinate the replacement. Keep in mind, the monthly fee will increase or decrease based on the size and type of product!

Can I put stickers on the refrigerator or microwave?

Unfortunately, you will be charged a cleaning fee if you place stickers on your appliance. We suggest using magnets! 

Does it mean I will receive a new refrigerator every month?

No, it is a recurring payment for the same brand-new refrigerator.
